Onboarding Requirements

Below details are needed for the onboarding process,
1. Service Principal: To provide authentication to the created App Service and to provide permission to read data from Log analytics.
2. Log Analytics Workspace: To configure and read data from Log Analytics, to set up Window and Linux counters, to configure VMs to workspace.
